RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

EONLASH RETURN POLICY:

EON COSMETICS, Inc takes our customer service very seriously and has a 100% customer satisfaction policy.

All exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, is in its original packaging and re-sellable as new. No exceptions.

Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, you are responsible for shipping charges to and from EONLash

EONLash will replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, we will ship a replacement product at our expense.

How to return a product:

  1. Call us at 214-639-6000 on Monday–Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST or email us at info@eonlash.com. Our representatives will help you get the return process started.
  2. You receive Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service.
  3. Mail your original package with the materials back to EON COSMETICS, INC
  4. You must include this information with the shipping: RMA number, your name, address, and phone number with the shipment.
  5. If you return a product without an RMA number, we may not be able to process your return
  6. Email us info@eonlash.com of the tracking number of the package you are sending back
  7. We will process the return/exchange within 2-3 business days after we received your shipment

 EONLASH SHIPPING POLICY

Merchandise is expected to ship within 48 hours of order, if you ordered on Monday-Friday , 8am – 5pm central time.  All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or a holidays, shipping will occur within 48 hours of the next business working day. If you do not receive the package due to wrong or unclear shipping address, we do not refund the order until the shipment is returned. However, we would provide proof of shipping if needed by customer.
